Datuk Marco Yap – Chairman
Datuk Marco Yap is the Founder and Chairman of Censuria, responsible for setting the firm’s strategic direction, investment philosophy, and long-term vision. He oversees capital allocation discipline and ensures alignment with the firm’s objective of preserving and compounding permanent capital.
He has extensive experience in capital markets, corporate finance, strategic investments, and long-term value creation. He has advised and invested across public and private markets, including pre-IPO investments, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, capital raising, and strategic transactions. He has also served on the boards of private and publicly listed companies in Malaysia and Singapore.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland and an MBA from Charles Sturt University.
