Jerry Lee

Mr. Lee is the Principal of the firm. As a former C-Suite executive and Executive Director of a publicly listed company, he has successfully led fundraising initiatives and completed IPO and M&A transactions in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

Role & Background

Mr. Lee's expertise extends to corporate strategy, with a particular emphasis on enhancing fundamentals for both listed and non-listed companies. His proficiency covers financial modeling, fundraising, and M&A activities.

Mr. Lee is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Malaya.
